Calendar

Organizing and reviewing events has never been easier! With our solution, the user has a simple overview of all upcoming events and can customize the view in a way that suits them by selecting the committees they want to display and the desired time range.

Proposals

With the proposal module, users can view and create proposals for agenda items, as well as approve them. In addition to the content of the proposal itself, the user can also see and add approvers and certifiers, manage the status, view all documents attached to the proposal, and much more.

Votings

Managing voting at eSessions– initiating voting, assigning veto rights to voters, managing the quorum, real-time vote tracking, adjusting the adoption strategy, managing the voting status, viewing documents and reminders related to voting, and many more features. All of the above makes voting simple and fast.

Decisions

Make decision tracking easier – with the decisions module, it has never been easier to create decision content, manage their statuses, distributions, and more. Decisions can be created directly in the module or from the agenda item. Additionally, the user can manage the confidentiality level of the created decisions, as well as the adoption and implementation dates, and select the organizational units related to the decision.

List of participants

Adding and inviting participants to eSessions has never been easier. In addition to sending invitations/email invitations directly from the system, it is possible to create participant lists to speed up the addition of participants to future eSessions. Furthermore, participants can be added individually to eSessions. When adding participants, the user defines their rights – voting rights, veto rights, and so on.
