Manage a multitude of inboxes from multiple providers. Track and copy emails with email tokens. Automatic email responses, viewing emails (received, sent, archived), collaborating, answer emails directly from the system, connect emails to other processes.

Digital eOffice (DMS)

Record of all inbound and outbound mails, case files and records overview, electronic and physical delivery notes, group expedit, documents archiving, extraction of archived material, use archived documents, dashboards, and reports.

Procurement Management
